1. Can I purchase items not featured on our site?


In the unlikely event that you cannot find the part you are looking for on the website, we may still be able to find it for you. Simply submit a Product Enquiry (click here) and we will try and find the product you require.

3. Is Your Product New & Original?

All our goods are brand new, factory-sealed retail unless we quote you otherwise. We will always specify if we are offering HP renew or HP spares as alternatives. All our goods are purchased from trusted vendors and authenticated by experienced staff. As such, all our goods are eligible for full HP warranty entitlement giving you peace of mind.

4. How do I know whether you have a product in stock?

We display a delivery status against all of the products on the site to give you an indication of whether a product is in stock and how long it will take to deliver the product. The four different delivery status are as follows:

In Stock - Delivery will be within 2-3 working days.

Up to 10 days - The product is normally held within our warehouse but is temporally out of stock. Stock is due in from the supplier and the estimated time of arrival to the customer is within 10 days.

5. What information do we collect and why?

When you place an order with hpspares.com, we need to know your name, e-mail address, home address, delivery address, your home and work telephone numbers. This enables us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status.

6. Do you disclose your information to outside parties?

hpspares.com do not disclose any of your personal information to others. We are a subsidiary of Scitec Group and we may need to pass the information we collect to other companies within our group for administrative purposes. We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our emails for us.
